The first step to change and success is the awareness that you actually need change. Carefully examine your life now, identify those negative habits and start changing them immediately. The fact is every young African has bad habits. We procrastinate, we gossip, negative self-talk and thoughts, poor time management, we complain and murmur and so many others. All these bad habits affect your career, business, life, relationships and what have you. The truth is you can be your own enemy if you entertain these bad habits.
