Carefully look at your life and understand those things that trigger or urge you to do things you don’t want to do and start cutting those things off little by little. It may be friends, your phones, stress and boredome and others. You need to fully understand when and why these “triggers” occur.
It is difficult to make lasting change on your own especially with habits. It is very important to build a close knite of people who will help you follow through with this goal of changing your bad habits. You can always get encouragement from them when you are feeling tempted to give up or weak.
